Dr Gilbert Yeo Tian Seng leads the AMK FMC Care Team. A graduate of the University of Malaya in 2007, Dr Yeo is a family physician who believes in providing personal, comprehensive and continuing care for individuals in the community. He earned his postgraduate Master’s degree in Family Medicine in 2012.
Prior to being a family physician in a polyclinic, he had exposure and served in multiple hospital disciplines: Internal Medicine, Renal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Palliative Medicine, Paediatrics, Geriatric Medicine, Psychiatry, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
Dr Yeo’s ability to converse in Malay, Hokkien and Mandarin helps him to work with a diverse patient population, especially the elderly. He has special interest in dermatology and chronic disease management. He is an Adjunct Lecturer with Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University Singapore and also a Member of the College of Family Physicians.
Dr Jeffrey Tan Jia Yeong graduated with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from The University of Auckland in November 2005. After graduation, Dr Tan worked with various hospital departments such as Orthopaedics, General Surgery, General Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Radiology as well as in a polyclinic.
In 2011, he completed his Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) and subsequently registered as a Family Physician. Dr Tan is also fluent in Malay, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.
